    Payment Options

    Please understand, payment is due in full at the time services are performed. This makes it possible for our practice to provide your pet with top-quality veterinary services and care.

    To help you prepare, we're happy to provide you with a rough estimate. Estimates are not necessarily final cost.


    Appointment Policy

    We're committed to minimizing wait times and spending an appropriate amount of time with each client and pet that visits our facility. For this reason, we operate by appointment only.

    If your pet needs urgent medical attention, an appointment is not needed. Please call us on your way in and we will be prepared as soon as you arrive.


    Patient Arrival Policy

    For the safety of all people and pets visiting our facility, we require all pets arrive properly restrained. Dogs must arrive on a leash, and cats and exotic mammals must be in an appropriate carrier.


    Drop-off Policy

    We respect your busy schedule. To better assist you and serve your pet, we offer drop-off appointments for current clients. Please let us know in advance that you will be dropping off your pet so we can give specific instructions regarding drop-off times and discharge information. As soon as a veterinarian has treated your pet, we will give you a call and discuss your pet's visit.

    Keep in mind, to take advantage of our drop-off service, your pet must be current on all required vaccinations.
